mushrooms - finely diced

onion - finely diced

olive oil

lean ground beef

garlic powder

black pepper

Worcestershire sauce

tablespoon
soy sauce

beef stock

sour cream or greek yogurt

egg noodles - I used rotini in this picture but egg noodles are traditional.

cornstarch

frozen peas
Instructions
Boil your noodles in another pot until they are al dente.
Add mushrooms, onion, olive oil and ground beef to a large pot.
Cook until beef is cooked.
Add garlic powder, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, beef stock and sour cream.
In a separate bowl combine cornstarch and water.
Whisk mixture into beef mixture.
Bring mixture to a boil, it should thicken slightly.
Stir in the al dente noodles and frozen peas.
Stir over low heat until peas warm up.
Serve.
