Ham and Swiss Crepes

Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon corn starch
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1/2 cup Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  • Add milk and salt to sauce pan, bring to a boil, add Swiss cheese sliced up or grated.
  • Whisk together cornstarch and water in a small bowl and whisk into the milk mixture.
  • Boil until sauce thickens, about 2 minutes.
  • Add Swiss and cheddar cheese and stir until it's melted.
  • Fill crepes with 2-3 slices of warmed ham and top with cheese sauce and chives.
