- 32 ounces Brussels Sprouts - quartered
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 Teaspoon Black pepper
- 2 Tablespoons Butter
- 1/4 Cup Pure Maple Syrup
- 1/4 cup Pecans
- 1/4 Cup Craisins
- 1/4 Cup Bacon Bits
- 1/4 Cup Feta Cheese
Preheat Oven to 425 F.
Toss quartered Brussels sprouts in olive oil, salt and pepper then bake for 35 minutes.
After they are done baking; In a large pan, add roasted Brussels sprouts, maple syrup, pecans, bacon bits and craisins then stir over medium high heat until maple syrup starts to slightly brown the Brussels sprouts, about 4-5 minutes.
Remove from heat and add feta then salt and pepper to taste and enjoy!
