Ingredients

  • 32 ounces Brussels Sprouts - quartered
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 Tablespoons Butter
  • 1/4 Cup Pure Maple Syrup
  • 1/4 cup Pecans
  • 1/4 Cup Craisins
  • 1/4 Cup Bacon Bits
  • 1/4 Cup Feta Cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat Oven to 425 F.
  • Toss quartered Brussels sprouts in olive oil, salt and pepper then bake for 35 minutes.
  • After they are done baking; In a large pan, add roasted Brussels sprouts, maple syrup, pecans, bacon bits and craisins then stir over medium high heat until maple syrup starts to slightly brown the Brussels sprouts, about 4-5 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and add feta then salt and pepper to taste and enjoy!
