Ingredients

  • For the Bottom Layer:
  • 4 Pears - peeled and cored and sliced into thin slices. Ripe pears are best
  • 1 Tablespoon Almond Flour or finely ground almonds
  • 1 Tablespoon Coconut Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice
  • For Crumble Topping:
  • 1 cup quick oats
  • 2 Tablespoons Coconut Sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 teaspoons Cinnamon
  • 1/3 Cup Almond Butter

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease a 8X8 or 9X9 square baking dish. Combine the pears with almond flour, coconut sugar, cinnamon and lemon juice together and stir so the pears are evenly coated. Pour onto the bottom of a greased 8 x 8 square baking dish. In a separate bowl, combine quick oats, coconut sugar, salt, cinnamon, and almond butter and mix together well. Pour over the top of the pear mixture. Bake for 35 minutes. Serve warm.
