4Pears - peeled and cored and sliced into thin slices.Ripe pears are best
1Tablespoon Almond Flour or finely ground almonds
1Tablespoon Coconut Sugar
1teaspoonCinnamon
1teaspoonLemon Juice
For Crumble Topping:
1cupquick oats
2Tablespoons Coconut Sugar
1/2teaspoonSalt
2teaspoonsCinnamon
1/3Cup Almond Butter
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Grease a 8X8 or 9X9 square baking dish.
Combine the pears with almond flour, coconut sugar, cinnamon and lemon juice together and stir so the pears are evenly coated.
Pour onto the bottom of a greased 8 x 8 square baking dish.
In a separate bowl, combine quick oats, coconut sugar, salt, cinnamon, and almond butter and mix together well.
Pour over the top of the pear mixture.
Bake for 35 minutes. Serve warm.
