Ingredients

sesame oil

frozen cauliflower

garlic powder

egg

soy sauce or 4 tablespoons coconut amino acids

green onions

peas and carrots

tsp
salt - more to taste

ham - optional
Instructions
Cook the Cauliflower rice according to the package directions.
While the cauliflower is cooking. In a separate bowl, egg, coconut aminos or soy sauce with garlic powder and salt.
Heat a frying pan with toasted sesame oil and dump the cauliflower rice in.
Stir in some frozen peas, carrots, sliced green onions and ham if adding and cook for 4-ish minutes.
Pour the egg mixture over the cauliflower mixture and stir for an additional 3 or so minutes or until the egg is cooked.
