1/2 cup Simple SyrupTo make Simple syrup combine 1/2 cup water with 1/2 cup sugar and heat in pan or microwave until sugar is dissolved
Instructions
If using an ice cream maker, prepare ahead of time.
To make Simple syrup combine 1/2 cup water with 1/2 cup sugar and heat in sauce pan over medium high heat until sugar is dissolved or microwave mixture for about 1 1/2 minutes or until sugar is dissolved. Let mixture cool before adding to sorbet recipe.
Peel and pit the peaches and Nectarines.
Pit the Plums but leave the skins on.
In a blender, Combine the fruits with Lemon Juice and Simple Syrup and blend until smooth.
Pour into prepared ice cream maker or freeze and stir every 45 mintues until frozen.
You can also make this in a zip lock bag by pouring 1/2 of the mixture into a gallon sized bag and sealing well then placing that bag inside of another zip lock bag that has 3 tablespoons salt and 2 cups ice in it. Seal that bag too and begin shaking and working the mixture until it freezes.
