Ingredients
1/2cupalmond flour
1/4cupflour or gluten free baking mix
1/4cupsugarcoconut sugar, monk fruit sweetener, truvia or sweetener of choice
1teaspoonbaking powder
pinchof salt
1tablespooncoconut oil
1/4cupsour creamGreek yogurt or 1 egg
1/4cuppowdered sugar
1teaspooncinnamon
Instructions
Add the almond flour, flour, sugar, baking powder and pinch of salt to a bowl and stir.
Add melted coconut oil and sour cream.
Mix until a dough forms.
Roll into 8 balls and cook in an air fryer, that's been lightly sprayed with non-stick spray for 8 minutes at 350 OR bake in a oven that's been preheated to 350 on a greased cookie sheet for 13-15 minutes.
Let rest for a few minutes after cooking because they will be soft and almost giggly. Once cooled then dip in powdered sugar or desired toppings.
