Lower Carb Doughnut Holes

Deliciously indulgent without being over indulgent! Plus they are easy and quick to make!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup flour or gluten free baking mix
  • 1/4 cup sugar coconut sugar, monk fruit sweetener, truvia or sweetener of choice
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup sour cream Greek yogurt or 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  • Add the almond flour, flour, sugar, baking powder and pinch of salt to a bowl and stir.
  • Add melted coconut oil and sour cream.
  • Mix until a dough forms.
  • Roll into 8 balls and cook in an air fryer, that's been lightly sprayed with non-stick spray for 8 minutes at 350 OR bake in a oven that's been preheated to 350 on a greased cookie sheet for 13-15 minutes.
  • Let rest for a few minutes after cooking because they will be soft and almost giggly. Once cooled then dip in powdered sugar or desired toppings.
