Lower Carb Doughnut Holes

These lower carb doughnut holes are super delicious and actually fairly good for you! You’ve never know it eating them though! They use almond flour and you can pick whatever sweetener you like the taste of. I used monk fruit in these but coconut sugar or even regular sugar would be great too. They are also super easy to make and only take 10 minutes to bake in the air fryer or about 15 oven!

I love to roll mine in either powdered sugar or cinnamon powdered sugar, you could also eat them plain or dipped in a powdered sugar glaze. They are indulgent without making you feel like you over indulged. They also will keep you full longer because they are higher in proteins and healthier fats.

These are great for those mornings you feel like doughnut but want to keep it healthy, they are also great little snacks to pack for your day when you need a little pick-me-up.

Using sour cream or Greek yogurt gives these a little more of a tang, more like a sour cream doughnut, you can use an egg if you don’t want the tang.
