Ingredients
1poundground mild Italian sausage
1onion - diced
1tablespoonolive oil
1tablespoongarlic - minced
1 1/2cupscarrots - diced
2small zucchini - diced
1green bell peppers - diced
4cupswater
Dash cayenne pepper
1/4teaspoonblack pepper
1tablespoonItalian herbs
1teaspoononion powder
2bay leaves
32ouncesbeef stock
15ouncestomato sauce
28ouncescanned diced tomatoes
1 - 15ouncecan kidney beans
1cupgreen beans - fresh or frozen and diced
1/3cupParmesan cheese
1 1/2cupslarge macaroni noodles
Top with more Parmesan cheese
Instructions
In a stock pot, add Italian sausage, onion, olive oil, garlic, carrots and zucchini and bell peppers and cook until sausage is cooked through.
Add water, cayenne pepper, black pepper, Italian herbs, onion powder, bay leaves, beef stock, tomato sauce, canned tomatoes, kidney beans, green beans, Parmesan cheese and macaroni noodles and cook until noodles are done to liking.
Add salt to taste, serve with Parmesan cheese on top and enjoy!
