1Steam-able bag of cauliflower florets or about 2 1/2 cups cauliflower florets - cooked
1/2poundchicken tenders
Salt and pepper
1tablespoonminced garlic
3tablespoonsbacon crumbles
1teaspoonbutter
1teaspoonolive oil
1/2teaspoonflour
1/2cuphalf and half or milk of choice
3tablespoonsParmesan cheese
Instructions
Steam or cook your cauliflower and set aside.
Season chicken tenders with salt and pepper and cook in a skillet until cooked through.
Remove from pan and set aside.
Add garlic, bacon bits, butter, olive oil to skillet, cook until garlic starts to soften then sprinkle with flour, stir then add half and half or milk.
Add Parmesan cheese, cauliflower and chicken and stir until everything is covered.
