Grain Free Energy Balls

These grain free energy balls are simple to make, they are grain and dairy free, vegan and low in carbohydrates, high in healthy fats and proteins which means sustained energy and they are delicious!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup smooth peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons coconut sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 tablespoons raw pumpkin seeds
  • 3 tablespoons raw sunflower seeds
  • 3 tablespoons hemp seeds
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons almond flour
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut - sweetened or unsweetened depending on preference

Instructions

  • Add peanut butter, coconut sugar, vanilla, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, hemp seeds, dark chocolate chips and almond flour together and blend until smooth.
  • Roll into balls roughly 1 1/2 inches round.
  • Roll in the shredded coconut.
  • Keep in a ziplock bag in a cool place.
