Simple Fresh Bruschetta
This simple and delicious bruschetta celebrate the fresh and deliciousness of tomatoes, garlic and basil!

diced tomatoes - eave out excess liquid from tomatoes

finely chopped fresh basil or 1 1/2 teaspoons dried basil

minced garlic

white wine vinegar or white vinegar

tablespoon
olive oil
generous pinch sugar
generous pinch of salt
dash of black pepper
Instructions
Dice tomatoes and leave out any excess juices from tomatoes, dice basil and garlic and add to a bowl.
Add white wine vinegar, olive oil, sugar, salt and black pepper to tomato mixture and mix well.
Serve over bread.
