Simple Fresh Bruschetta

This simple and delicious bruschetta celebrate the fresh and deliciousness of tomatoes, garlic and basil!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup diced tomatoes - eave out excess liquid from tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh basil or 1 1/2 teaspoons dried basil
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoons white wine vinegar or white vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • generous pinch sugar
  • generous pinch of salt
  • dash of black pepper

Instructions

  • Dice tomatoes and leave out any excess juices from tomatoes, dice basil and garlic and add to a bowl.
  • Add white wine vinegar, olive oil, sugar, salt and black pepper to tomato mixture and mix well.
  • Serve over bread.
