Apple and Balsamic Slaw

shredded purple cabbage

shredded carrots

large apple - shredded

shredded celery

sunflower seeds

olive oil

balsamic vinegar

tablespoon
sugar
pinch
of salt - plus more to taste
Pinch
of black pepper
Instructions
Prepare all vegetables and the apple and add to a large bowl then toss together.
In another bowl, add olive oil, balsamic vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper and whisk together.
Pour over the slaw along with the sunflower seeds and give it a good toss.
Serve chilled.
