Ingredients

raspberries - crushed

apple Juice

lemon juice

Sure jell Pectin original - full sugar one
3/4

water
Instructions
Crush raspberries so the total amount of crushed raspberries is 1 1/2 cups.
Add apple juice, lemon juice and sugar and stir.
Let mixture sit for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. You want most of the sugar dissolved.
In a sauce pan, add sure jell and water and bring to boil for 1 minute.
Add to the Raspberries, and apple juice and stir well.
Spoon into prepared jars, leave about 1/2 inch space at the top for it to expand when frozen.
Let the jam sit on your counter for 1 day before freezing.
