Ingredients
2tablespoonsolive oil
4large leaves swiss chard - dicedstems included, any variety, green rainbow, red
1/4cupdiced red onion
Dash of garlic powder
Dash of cayenne pepper
Dash of salt
Dash of pepper
Dash of onion powder
Dash of dried parsley
1/4cupbacon bits - real bacon bits preferred
2tablespoonsranch dressing
2tablespoonsparmesan cheese
Instructions
In a large skillet, add olive oil, swiss chard and red onion to the skillet and sprinkle with the garlic powder, cayenne pepper, salt, pepper, onion powder and dried parsley.
Sauté for a few minutes then add the bacon bits to the skillet, followed by the ranch dressing and parmesan cheese.
