Bananas foster baked French toast
rum flavored custard, sourdough bread and of course bananas are in this twist on baked French toast.

Ingredients

banana - sliced

eggs

rum extract

sourdough bread - cut into chunks

honey bunches of oats cereal
sprinkle of salt - or on top

salted butter

brown sugar
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 F.
In a large bowl, add banana, eggs, salt, rum extract, brown sugar, cinnamon and milk and whisk together.
Add the sourdough chunks and stir well.
Pour into a greased 8 x 8 pan, top with honey bunches of oats cereal, sprinkle top with salt, top with butter chunks and brown sugar.
Bake for 40 minutes.
Serve with syrup, whipped cream, fresh banana's or toppings of choice.
