Chocolate Mug Cake

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
  • splash of vanilla

Instructions

  • Add the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, salt and baking soda and stir together.
  • Add the milk, oil and vanilla and stir.
  • Microwave on high for 1:00 or until cake has a center that springs up.
  • Frost with your favorite topping or dust with powdered sugar.
