2large chicken breasts - diced into bite size pieces
olive oil or vegetable oil for shallow pan frying
Instructions
Grab three bowls and mix the following in each bowl.
First bowl, milk, pickle juice and hot sauce.
Second bowl, flour, seasoned salt, black pepper and onion powder.
Third bowl, eggs and water.
Take diced chicken breast and place into milk mixture first.
Take out of milk and add to flour mixture.
Take out of flour mixture and place into egg mixture.
Take out of egg mixture and add back into flour mixture and toss around in bowl until chicken pieces are well coated.
Set coated pieces aside until all are coated.
In a large skillet, add enough olive oil or vegetable oil as you feel you need to do a shallow fry on the chicken nuggets, I add about 1/2 inch of oil to my pan.
Heat to medium- high heat, hot enough to fry but not too hot or the breading will burn before the chicken is cooked through.
Add chicken and cook until pieces are cooked through.
Place on a paper towel to drain excess oil and serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
