Ingredients
1 1/2poundsground beef
1teaspoondried oregano
1teaspoonsalt
/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2teaspoongarlic powder
1/2cuppanko or bread crumbs
1tablespoonsmilk
For the tzatziki sauce:
1cupGreek yogurt
1cucumber - peeledseeds removed
2clovesgarlic
1/2teaspoonsalt
1/4teaspoonblack pepper
2tablespoonslemon juice
1teaspoondried dill or 3 tablespoons fresh dill
Dash of sugaroptional
Toppings:
sliced cucumber
tomatoes
Kalamata olives
red onions
pepperoncini peppers
bell peppers
feta

Instructions
Preheat grill to 400 F.
In a large bowl, add ground hamburger, oregano, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, panko or bread crumbs and milk and mix together until well combined.
Form into 6 long rectangular patties
Grill for about 10-15 minutes or until hamburgers are to desired cook.
To make the tzatziki sauce; add all ingredients to a blender or food processor and blend until combined.
Add hamburgers to a pita with desired toppings and top with tzatziki sauce.
