Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine milk, eggs, oil, vanilla and sweet potato and blend.
In another bowl combine almond flour, flour, sugar, cinnamon, baking powder and salt.
Add the milk mixture to the flour mixture and stir until smooth.
Pour onto greased waffle pan and cook.
Enjoy!
