Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup Cooked sweet potatoes - cooked and mashed
  • 1 1/2 cups Almond Flour
  • 1/2 cup Flour
  • 2 tablespoons Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon Baking Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, combine milk, eggs, oil, vanilla and sweet potato and blend.
  • In another bowl combine almond flour, flour, sugar, cinnamon, baking powder and salt.
  • Add the milk mixture to the flour mixture and stir until smooth.
  • Pour onto greased waffle pan and cook.
