Ingredients
1Cucumber - peeled and cut into ~ 1/4 inch thick round slices
2Nori sheets -cut into a squares with scissors
~4 ouncesCream cheese - cut into squares
3-4sticksImitation crab - cut into chunks
1/2Avocado - diced
~3tablespoonsSpicy mayo - for on top
~3 tablespoonsFrench fried onions - for on top
Optional - wasabi
Optional- pickled ginger
Instructions
Slice cucumbers into ~ 1/4 inch round slices, cut nori into squares, chunk up cream cheese, imitation crab, and dice avocado.
Place the cucumber down first, then the nori wrapper shiny side up, followed by cream cheese, imitation crab, avocado, spicy mayo and french fried onions.
