Roasted Red Pepper Deviled Eggs

Ingredients

eggs – hard boiled
slicedhalf lengthwise with yolks removed

mayonnaise

Roasted Red Peppers plus more for on top
Instructions
Place eggs in a pot that has a lid.
Fill with warm water.
Bring to a boil uncovered, and then place lid on top.
Turn heat off and leave for 10 minutes for perfect and easy to peel hard boiled eggs.
Cool eggs down under cold water.
Slice in half lengthwise and remove yolks and put them in a separate bowl.
Add mayo and diced red bell peppers to egg yolks and mix together until smooth.
Spoon or pipe mixture into egg centers.
Top with more roasted bell peppers.
Serve chilled.
