Roasted Red Pepper Deviled Eggs

Delicious red pepper meets the deviled egg and it's a yummy combo!

Ingredients

  • 3 in eggs – hard boiled slicedhalf lengthwise with yolks removed
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Roasted Red Peppers plus more for on top

Instructions

  • Place eggs in a pot that has a lid.
  • Fill with warm water.
  • Bring to a boil uncovered, and then place lid on top.
  • Turn heat off and leave for 10 minutes for perfect and easy to peel hard boiled eggs.
  • Cool eggs down under cold water.
  • Slice in half lengthwise and remove yolks and put them in a separate bowl.
  • Add mayo and diced red bell peppers to egg yolks and mix together until smooth.
  • Spoon or pipe mixture into egg centers.
  • Top with more roasted bell peppers.
  • Serve chilled.
