This is my great great grandma Ruby's Swedish pancake recipe, it's like a mix between a German pancake and a crepe and it's delicious!

Ingredients
3eggs
1 1/2tablespoonsugar
2cupsmilk
2cupsflour
2teaspoonbaking powder
1/2teaspoonssalt
1/4cupbuttermelted
Instructions
Add the eggs, sugar, milk, flour, baking powder, salt and melted butter together and blend well in a bowl or blender.
Pour pancake batter into a greased non-stick pan, pour into a thin layered pancake then when pancake is set enough on one side, flip over and continue baking on the other side.
Serve with butter, powder sugar, syrup or whatever toppings you desire.
