Pumpkin Pie Oatmeal Bowl

If you are a pumpkin pie lover, you will love this warm and delicious pumpkin pie oatmeal bowl recipe! It’s healthier than pumpkin pie, so you could eat it everyday if you wanted to. It embodies all the flavors of the classic dessert and I love it!

I use steel cut oats for the health benefits, they are high in fiber and nutrients and I also love the texture of them. However, you can use any oats you like.

If you do use steel cut oats, they cook up great in an instant pot and it saves some time. You can also use quick oats or rolled old fashion oats. These can be made ahead of time, refrigerated, then reheated for a quick and easy morning breakfast.

The sweetness can also be adjusted to personal preference, I love honey in this recipe but any sweetener of choice will work great.

I love the spices in this oatmeal bowl, they are warm and festive and remind me of Fall, family and fun.
