Instant pot Apple Pie Steel Cut Oats

I love steel cut oats and these instant pot apple pie steel cut oats are a delicious way to enjoy them! Steel cut oats can take a little time to prepare but the instant pot helps speed up that process!

These apple pie steel cut oats are filled with apples and spices that make them decadent and almost dessert like.

I love to serve these with ice cold milk poured on top. I don’t stir my oats but keep them chunky, how about you? Are you a fan of milk in your oatmeal and do you stir your oats or keep them chunky? My girls love oatmeal and it’s interesting to see how they both eat them, one keeps it chunky and one stirs. No wrong way to do it.
