Crock Pot Creamy Salsa Chicken

Want a super easy dinner that tastes great and requires hardly any effort? This crock pot creamy salsa chicken is the answer to that question. It is super easy, versatile and of course, delicious!

It gets cooked in the crock pot and can be served over rice with toppings (like I have pictured above) or on nachos, tacos, burritos, tostadas, salads or grilled vegetables or even just on it’s own!

What you need to make crock pot creamy salsa chicken:

Instructions:
  1. Place all of the ingredients in the crock pot and bake as follows.
  2. For frozen chicken : cook on high for about 4 hours or low for 6.
  3. For fresh chicken: cook on high for 2-3 hours or low for 5.
  4. Once cooked, shred chicken and stir together with the salsa and cream cheese.
  5. Serve.
