This supreme stuffed spaghetti squash is a delicious and healthy dinner! It is super easy to make and will fill you to the brim with hearty, yummy flavors! It’s a spaghetti squash equivalent to a pizza and the flavors definitely deliver! I have suggested toppings listed below but add whatever ones you like!

What you need to make supreme stuffed spaghetti squash:

Serves 2-3 people

Instructions

  1. Slice spaghetti squash in half lengthwise and remove seeds in the middle.
  2. Preheat oven to 400 F.
  3. Fill cookie sheet with 3 cups of water and Place spaghetti squash cut side down on the cookie sheet.
  4. Bake for 45 minutes.
  5. Use a fork to loosen the squash strands.
  6. Add ~1/3 cup spaghetti sauce to the spaghetti squash noodles and stir.
  7. Add mozzarella cheese, and desired toppings on top.
  8. Return to oven and bake for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted.
  9. Serve and enjoy!
