Almond Flour Tart Shell

I make this almond flour tart shell on a cookie sheet but it can be baked in a tart pan with some weighted beans to prevent shrinking. This shell is buttery and sweeter than a traditional tart shell. Kind of like a pie shell meets a chewy sugar cookie, It’s delicious! I use this shell for my nectarine and mascarpone tart. RECIPE HERE.
