Instructions
Pre-heat oven to 425 F.
In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, flour, sugar and salt together.
Add cold butter that is cut into medium chunks.
Mix butter into the flour mixture.
Add cold water to the flour and butter mixture and mix together until a dough forms.
On a parchment paper lined cookie sheet, roll out the dough into a round circle.
Fold up the edges and crimp with your fingers.
Bake for 15 minutes.
