Smokey Bacon Deviled Eggs

I love this smokey bacon deviled egg version of the traditional deviled egg. It’s easy to make and it is a fun twist on the traditional. My husband loves deviled eggs and he could eat them all the time. He’s usually a truest when it comes to deviled eggs and he likes them the traditional way. However, he really likes this recipe variation.

What you need to make smokey bacon deviled eggs:

Instructions

To hard boil eggs:

  1. Place eggs in a pot that has a lid.
  2. Fill with warm water.
  3. Bring to a boil uncovered, and then place lid on top.
  4. Turn heat off and leave for 10 minutes for perfect and easy to peel hard boiled eggs.
  5. Cool eggs down.

To make the smokey bacon deviled eggs:

  1. Slice in half lengthwise and remove yolks and put them in a separate bowl.
  2. Add mayo, smoked paprika and spicy brown mustard to egg yolks and mash together and stir until smooth.
  3. Spoon or pipe mixture into egg centers.
  4. Top with bacon.
  5. Serve chilled.
