Greek Lemon Pepper Chicken

Calling all lemon lovers! I love this Greek lemon pepper chicken recipe. It’s a little sour, savory, moist and totally delicious! It’s packed with oregano, parsley and garlic that are brought even more to life by the roasted lemon.

I love Greek food and this chicken echos some of the main flavors that are found in Greek cooking. It’s also easy to make and looks impressive if you are hosting a dinner and want to wow your guests.

Be sure you love lemon before making this recipe because this recipe doesn’t hold back and it’s named lemon pepper chicken and not “hint of lemon” chicken for a reason.

I serve this dish with some instant pot lemony rice that only takes 15 minutes to make. Instant Pot Lemony Rice.
