Almond Flour Naan Bread

I love naan bread! It’s one of my favorite things to eat a curry with! It’s like the perfect editable napkin to soak up all the yummy sauces and it’s delicious on it’s own too! This almond flour naan bread is for those who want a lower carb option that still tastes delicious on it’s own or when used to mop up a tasty curry! It is also super easy to make!

I like to cook this on a griddle or a non-stick pan. You will still need to spray the non-stick pan to prevent any tearing or sticking. It takes about 1-2 minutes to cook the bread and only about 5 minutes to mix it up.

One of my favorite thing to do with naan bread is pour melted garlic butter on top and sprinkle it with dried parsley. It’s delicious! The recipe option to do that is included below with the recipe as an optional step.
