White Gummi Smoothie

This white gummi smoothie is my interpretation of the white gummi smoothie from Jamba Juice. It has flavors of peaches, pineapple, white grape, mango raspberry and lime juice. It’s slightly tarts but also sweet and creamy with a tropical undertone.

I would not classify this as a copycat recipe but instead my interpretation because Jamba Juice uses sherbet in their version and I use fresh frozen fruit. It taste similar but isn’t an exact copycat.

This smoothie is super fun and perfect for a summery treat! I love the subtle creamy undertone to an otherwise fully fruit smoothie.

This smoothie does not call for ice because the frozen fruits do their job and it should be perfectly thick. However, if the smoothie does end up being less thick than desired then adding a little ice should do the trick. Likewise, add a little more juice to thin this smoothie if desired.
