Ingredients
2 1/2cupsflour - plus more for rolling out naan
1teaspoonsalt
1/2cupsour cream or plain yogurt
1cupmilk
optional - garlic butter and sprinkle of salt
Instructions
Add flour and salt to bowl and mix together.
Add sour cream and milk and mix dough together and knead until dough comes together and is fairly smooth.
Separate dough into 12 pieces and roll into thin pieces.
On a griddle or in a pan, temperature set to roughly 375 F. if you have a temperature gauge. Add rolled out pieces and cook until each side is cooked and lightly browned, you can add cooking spray if you want to but I haven't needed to on my griddle, dough will bubble and that gives it the signature bumps.
Optional - toss in garlic butter and sprinkle with salt.
