Servings: 12 pieces

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups flour - plus more for rolling out naan
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup sour cream or plain yogurt
  • 1 cup milk
  • optional - garlic butter and sprinkle of salt

Instructions

  • Add flour and salt to bowl and mix together.
  • Add sour cream and milk and mix dough together and knead until dough comes together and is fairly smooth.
  • Separate dough into 12 pieces and roll into thin pieces.
  • On a griddle or in a pan, temperature set to roughly 375 F. if you have a temperature gauge. Add rolled out pieces and cook until each side is cooked and lightly browned, you can add cooking spray if you want to but I haven't needed to on my griddle, dough will bubble and that gives it the signature bumps.
  • Optional - toss in garlic butter and sprinkle with salt.
  • Enjoy!
