Peanut Butter Oat Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups milk of choice or water can also be used
  • 1/2 cup old fashion oats - dry
  • 3 tablespoons hemp seeds
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter - smooth or crunchy depending on preference
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tablespoon honey - optional
  • 1 1/2 cups ice

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Enjoy!
