Cottage Cheese Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Cottage Cheese
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 3 Tablespoons Flour

Instructions

  • Blend all ingredients in the blender or with an immersion blender and pour onto a greased skillet for pan. Let these brown on one side before flipping over. When you remove them they will seem slightly wobbly but they firm up in just a few minutes as they cool. It may take you a pancake or two to get the hang of them.
