Healthy Banana Honey Muffins

bananas

honey – plus more to drizzle on top

eggs

teaspoon
vanilla

cup
flour or gluten free baking mix
1
and 1/4 cups almond flour
2
teaspoons
baking powder
1/2
teaspoon
salt
1/2
cup
milk
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Smash the bananas with the honey until they are fairly smooth.
Add eggs and vanilla and blend with banana mixture.
In another bowl, add flour, almond flour, baking powder and salt and stir together then add to banana mixture and stir.
Add the milk and blend batter until it’s smooth.
Spoon into muffin tins.
Bake for 18-19 minutes or until muffins look baked in the centers.
Drizzle muffins with a little honey after they are done baking.
