Pre-heat oven to 375 F.
Add melted butter, brown sugar and vanilla to a bowl and mix.
Add eggs to mixture and stir.
Add in the flour and salt and blend until a thick batter forms.
Pour batter into a greased or lined 8 x 8 pan and smooth around.
In another bowl, add powdered sugar and cinnamon and stir together, it will take a little bit of stirring but it will come together.
Pour the cinnamon and powder sugar mixture over the top and swirl it into the batter.
Bake for 30-35 minutes or until center is cooked.
Let it cool.
Mix together the glaze of powdered sugar, milk, butter and cinnamon until a glaze forms. Add a little more milk to thin if desired.
Drizzle over the blondies, cut and enjoy!
