Horchata Blondies

These horchata blondies taste amazing! They are super decadent, buttery and have the best texture. They melt in your mouth when warm and I especially love their chew when they cool. The horchata flavors come from the swirls of cinnamon that run through out these brown sugar blondies and then the cinnamon glaze on top that brings the horchata flavors all together.

These are easy to make and cook up pretty quickly. Which makes them great for entertaining. They can also be made a day or two ahead of time and they stay fresh and delicious!

We love horchata at our house and these blondies remind us of it. While the sweet cinnamon rice milk mixture isn’t actually in these blondies, it does mirror the flavors in a butter and rich blondie. We love them with a glass of milk which makes the flavor combo complete.

My daughter got to these before I could get a picture so there are a few nicks, breaks and missing pieces in the picture. Ha ha. That’s just food blogging life with kids I guess.
