Instant Pot Million Dollar Spaghetti

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 cup salted butter
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 24 ounces spaghetti sauce of choice
  • 24 ounces water - I just fill the jar with water after I dump out the sauce
  • 1 pound spaghetti - normal or thin both work
  • 4 ounces cream cheese - softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2/3 cup ricotta cheese - cottage cheese can also be used
  • 1 cup mozzarella - shredded
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese - grated

Instructions

  • In your instant pot, add olive oil, butter, ground beef and garlic powder and turn onto sauté mode and start browning and mashing up your hamburger.
  • When meat is almost cooked, add spaghetti sauce, water and spaghetti, give everything a quick stir then place lid on and cook for 7 minutes on high pressure with a quick pressure release.
  • When cooked, release pressure, open lid and add in the cream cheese, sour cream, ricotta cheese, mozzarella and parmesan cheese and mix well until all the cheese is melted and mixed into the spaghetti.
  • Serve and enjoy!
