1poundspaghetti - normal or thin both work
4ouncescream cheese - softened
1/2cupsour cream
2/3cupricotta cheese - cottage cheese can also be used
1cupmozzarella - shredded
1/4cupparmesan cheese - grated
Instructions
In your instant pot, add olive oil, butter, ground beef and garlic powder and turn onto sauté mode and start browning and mashing up your hamburger.
When meat is almost cooked, add spaghetti sauce, water and spaghetti, give everything a quick stir then place lid on and cook for 7 minutes on high pressure with a quick pressure release.
When cooked, release pressure, open lid and add in the cream cheese, sour cream, ricotta cheese, mozzarella and parmesan cheese and mix well until all the cheese is melted and mixed into the spaghetti.
