Instant Pot Million Dollar Spaghetti

This instant pot million dollar spaghetti is delicious and easy to make! This is one pot so you can throw everything in and serve straight from the instant pot if desired, which is my kind of meal!

The name million dollar spaghetti comes from the decadent ingredients used in this spaghetti, which are butter, sour cream, ricotta cheese, mozzarella, beef, parmesan and of course spaghetti sauce and noodles. it’s rich in flavor, hence the name. It’s delicious!

Making this in the instant pot is simple, you are going to brown your meat first with some seasoning, olive oil and butter, then you will add your sauce, water and pasta and cook for 7 minutes on high pressure. Then while it is hot, add in the cream cheese, sour cream, ricotta cheese, mozzarella and parmesan cheese. Stir well and enjoy.

I have added in the cheeses before cooking but ended up getting a burned food signal from my instant pot during cooking. It didn’t actually burn but the cheese stuck to the bottom a little bit. So I would recommend adding it in after the pasta has cooked like I have listed in this recipe.
