Ingredients
For tart crust:

almond flour
1/2

flour
1/4
cup
sugar

salt

butter

cold water
For mascarpone cheese mixture:

ounces
mascarpone cheese
1/4
cup
sweetened condensed milk
1
tablespoon
lemon juice
For nectarines:
2
nectarines
1
tablespoon
sugar
1
teaspoon
lemon juice
Instructions
Instructions for the tart:
Pre-heat oven to 425 F.
In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, flour, sugar and salt together.
Add cold butter that is cut into medium chunks.
Mix butter into the flour mixture.
Add cold water to the flour and butter mixture and mix together until a dough forms.
On a parchment paper lined cookie sheet, roll out the dough into a round circle.
Fold up the edges and crimp with your fingers.
Bake for 15 minutes.
Cool tart shell.
Instructions for the mascarpone cheese mixture:
In a small bowl, combine cheese, sweetened condensed milk and lemon juice until mixture is smooth.
Spread over cooled tart shell.
Instructions for nectarines:
Slice nectarines into thin slices.
Add lemon juice and sugar to slices and toss.
Lay on top of mascarpone cheese mixture.
Add any leftover juice in the bowl to the top of tart.
