1 1/2poundschicken breast - diced into bite sized pieces.
1/4cupplain yogurt
1/4cupWorcestershire sauce
1/4teaspoonblack pepper
1teaspoongarlic powder
1teaspoonpoultry seasoning
1teaspoonsaltplus more to sprinkle on chicken just before grilling.
Instructions
Add chicken breast to a large bowl or zip lock bag and add yogurt, Worcestershire sauce, black pepper, garlic powder, poultry seasoning and salt and mix around until chicken is coated on the chicken.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or over night.
Thread onto skewers and sprinkle with a little salt then grill at 400 F. until chicken is cooked through, roughly 15-20 minutes.
