What you need
Serves 6 as a side dish
1 Butternut squash – peeled and cubed
2 Tablespoons Olive oil
1 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon Pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425 F.
In a bowl, toss cubed butternut squash with Olive Oil and Salt and Pepper.
Bake for 35 minutes.
