
Peanut Butter Cookie Bars
These peanut butter cookie bars can be made into bars for individual peanut butter cookies. They are decadent, chewy and delicious. they are easy to make and will feed a crowd. Perfect for the peanut butter cookie lover. They are great under ice cream or on their own.

What you need to make peanut butter cookie bars:
makes 1 – 9 x 13 pan full or 24 large cookies
- 1 cup butter – softened
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 2 eggs
- 2 1/4 cups flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 350 F.
- Mix together the butter, brown sugar, white sugar and peanut butter.
- Add eggs and vanilla and mix well.
- In another bowl, add flour, salt, baking soda and stir together.
- Add the flour mixture to the butter mixture and stir together.
- Dump cookie dough batter into a greased 9 x 13 inch pan.
- Bake for 24 minutes.
- If making into cookies, roll into balls and place on cookie sheet.
- Bake ~8 minutes.
