Red Berry Honey Yogurt parfait

Want the perfect afternoon pick me up or snack? It could also double as a delicious dessert too! This red berry honey yogurt parfait is easy to throw together and will have you feeling full and totally satisfied after you enjoy it!

The combination of the juicy berries, crunch granola, creamy Greek yogurt and delicious honey make for the perfect afternoon snack, breakfast or dessert!

When I was in my mid 20’s I lost 65 pounds from eating healthy and exercise. During that time and ever since I live for these fruit and yogurt parfaits. They are one of my very favorite desserts or snacks when I need something sweet and satisfying. Here are a few other bowls I have made over the years HERE.

What you need to make red berry honey yogurt parfait:

Serves 1

  • 3/4 cup Plain Greek yogurt
  • 7 red raspberries
  • 2 strawberries – sliced
  • 1/4 cup granola of choice
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, add Greek yogurt, top with red raspberries, strawberries, and sprinkle with granola.
  2. Drizzle honey on top and enjoy!
