Crockpot Whole Lemon Pepper Chicken

This crockpot whole lemon pepper chicken recipe is delicious and one of my kids favorite crockpot recipes. In fact, everyone that has tried this has loved it and gone out of their way to tell me how much they enjoy it! The leftovers are great too! It’s super easy to make and while cooking a whole chicken may be a little intimidating I promise this couldn’t be easier!

You can cook this chicken 4 hours on high or 6 hours on low, both ways work well and will give you delicious tender chicken.

I forgot to snap a picture before I started serving. So here is a breast-less chicken

I love this chicken in salads, on sandwiches, over rice or just on it’s own. It isn’t overly lemony but just enough to really give the chicken a delicious flavor. Below is a picture of the blue cheese, bacon, jalapeno chicken salad I made with it. The leftovers make perfect sandwiches and my husband likes to add some BBQ sauce to his.
