Cabbage Chow Mein

This cabbage chow mein is a delicious low carb variation of chow mein noodles, sans the noodles of course. It’s perfect for keto diets or those that can’t eat the carbohydrates. It’s super easy to make too and comes together really quickly.

I love these along side a delicious stir fry, like my un-pao chicken RECIPE HERE, my tofu and broccoli RECIPE HERE , Shrimp and Zucchini Stir fry RECIPE HERE, beef and broccoli RECIPE HERE or along side mushroom chicken stir fry RECIPE HERE like I have in the pictured below.

Cabbage is such a versatile vegetable and I really love how it works in the place of noodles in this recipe. This recipe is so simple and perfect for a last minute dinner prep. It only takes about 10 minutes prep to finish, that’s quicker than take out and most frozen meals. Not to mention cheaper, this cabbage chow mein costs pennies to make and it packs a great nutritional punch.
