Tofu and Broccoli Stir Fry

This tofu and broccoli stir fry recipe is really quick and easy to make and tastes great! Eat it on it’s own or over a bowl of your favorite rice for a delicious hearty meal.

I love to buy the pre-cut broccoli crowns to cut down on prep time and that really makes this meal quick!

When choosing a tofu to use in this recipe I prefer to use extra-firm tofu in this recipe. Textually it holds up better along side the broccoli.
