Orange Sesame Beef Lettuce Cups

I love lettuce cups and these orange sesame beef lettuce cups are no exception. They are made with ground beef, garlic, ginger, orange zest and juice, honey and rice vinegar for a yummy sweet and sour, sesame beef lettuce cup.

This recipe only takes about 20-30 minutes to make prep to service so it’s perfect for a weeknight dinner!

I like to serve them with my tahini satay sauce on top that really ties everything together. This satay sauce can be with peanut butter too if you have it on hand. The sauce is optional and the lettuce cups taste great without it but I definitely recommend it.
